For the first time, East Coast Games provides an inside look into Spoils of War :
THE STORY
Few remember the great plague that moved though our worlds. It destroyed everything we knew; the land, the oceans, the plants, all the creatures - nothing was spared. It moved swiftly, efficiently, without remorse, without guilt: it killed. It left nothing in its path but ashes and the growing filth of its existence.
It wasn't until the year of Narkanus the Great that order was finally restored and the beast was contained. Although the science of space and time had long been abandoned as superstition, Narkanus was not to be fooled and learned the truths of these ancient legends. He rallied the multitudes to create a device of such science and magnitude that it could only be for one purpose: the end of this infestation. One great day the hopes of the few who remained were ignited as the device was deployed. The wormhole that caused this infection was closed, locked forever; the plague could no longer bleed into our worlds. Led by Narkanus , the multitudes fought valiantly and over the next decade and the last remnants of the plague were purged from our worlds. Peace was restored, the years of the plague were over, and it was locked away from us forever. So we thought.
Many seasons have passed since that time. Few even remember the days of Narkanus . Our contentment had turned into complacency.
Until now…
It began when the prophets started having visions of its return. Fear began to spread through our worlds like the very plague itself. Were we safe? Could the gate to our worlds stay closed forever? Was it just a matter of time before the plague resumed its insatiable quest for domination?
Then, one day it happened: a flash so great it was seen from the most distant of our worlds. The wormhole was open. Our greatest fear was awakened, the great scourge had returned. Humans were upon us.

CREATIVE
Included here are shots from Spoils of War . As development continues, look forward to many more.
The Human Commando: At first the Ematrant world terrain challenged the Human military commanders, but not for long - the Humans dispatched the need for camouflage in a baron, sun-scorched environment by outfitting their troops with lightweight, nearly impenetrable armor that seemed almost invisible against the planet's ochre backdrop. Like modern-day military-issue snowsuits or jungle face paint and camouflage, the Human Commando blends well with the terrain giving them a stealth visual advantage. The Commando is the powerhouse of the Human ground force with its unmatched speed and agility combined with dexterity second only to a battle mech. Look forward to imposing utter destruction as you enjoy Spoils of War as this first-person warrior.
Human Weapons Factory: R&D is the cornerstone of success when faced with any dilemma. Understanding this, the Humans thought it best to create a facility focused on the development of weaponry and systems that did nothing short of destroy, given the limitations of the alien environment. Captivity and occupation not being options, Humans developed handheld weapons, battle tanks, defense turrets, and teleport devices to provide superiority on all ground fronts. The Human Weapons Factory supports the Human-lead ground forces by providing technology of overwhelming proportion.
East Coast Games encourages all gamers and professionals to enjoy a free “Forum” membership and follow our progress through the exciting development of Spoils of War. We look forward to a lasting relationship.
